Dear Friends:  

By now you may have read the news indicating that we have “closed” our churches for two weeks. The news is in error. As indicated by The Rt. Rev. Susan Goff, Bishop of The Diocese of Virginia,  “churches will remain open unless told by health officials to close.” But, in an effort to slow the spread of the Corona virus, we will make every effort to engage in social distancing as a means of slowing the spread of the pandemic. 

First, worship will be held on Sunday, and every Sunday. However, for the time being public worship will be held through online live streaming at 10:00 a.m. We will announce the link over the next day or so for you to join in worship.  In the meantime, please, pray for all those suffering from the effects of the pandemic. Be intentional and trusting as God leads us into innovative and creative ways to be the Church. 

Please, take note of the activities within the life of Epiphany that are being held in the building, and those that we have asked to have postponed. As well, the staff of Epiphany is here and happy to help in any way. Have courage. God is with us…
