All ministry events being held at Epiphany Episcopal must submit a form requesting use of the facility. To request a soft-copy of this form, contact our Parish Administrator. Forms should be submitted at least one week prior to event.

For ALL large events being held in the Worship Space, Gathering Space or Great Hall you must meet with the Parish Administrator prior to submitting a building use request. Coordination with other events, any conflicts, maintenance support etc. need to be reviewed. Thank you for your request and we look forward to helping you!
